Our core specialism is BFSI — banking, financial services and insurance, particularly sales roles across banca, agency and direct channels. We also take mandates in accounting and finance, BPO/KPO, engineering, manufacturing, general sales, and GCC team setups.
How soon will you respond to a hiring requirement?
We reply during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm IST), usually within one working day of receiving the requirement.
Can you handle bulk or multi-location hiring?
Yes. Bulk mandates, drives and multi-city rollouts are routine for us. Gujarat is our home market and we source pan-India when a role needs it.
What information do you need to start a search?
The role and level, the hiring location, the channel or product where it applies, the budget range, and the target joining date. Send what you have — we will ask for the rest on the call.
Is there a cost to submit a requirement?
No. Submitting a requirement and discussing the mandate are free. Commercial terms are agreed in writing before we begin a search.
