Bulk hiring across Gujarat

Filling forty seats is not filling one seat forty times. Bulk mandates fail on throughput and on retention, and the two problems pull against each other.

Where bulk hiring usually goes wrong

The common failure is not a shortage of applicants. It is that a drive built purely for throughput fills the seats and then loses them — early attrition inside the first three to six months quietly undoes the whole exercise, and the cost lands on the employer twice.

The second failure is pipeline collapse. A drive that sources in one burst produces a wave of candidates, a bottleneck at interview, and then nothing. By the time the employer is ready for the next batch, the pipeline is cold and the sourcing starts again from zero.

How we run a volume mandate

We build a pipeline rather than a burst, so interview slots stay fed for the length of the mandate instead of arriving all at once. Screening stays consistent across every batch, because a standard that drifts halfway through a drive is how quality quietly drops.

  • A sourcing plan matched to the interview capacity you actually have, not the headcount on paper.
  • The same behavioural and role screen applied to every batch, start to finish.
  • Screening for retention signals — commute, income expectations, and why the candidate is moving — alongside fit.
  • Drives and walk-ins where the market rewards them, which is most entry-level hiring in Ahmedabad and Surat.
  • Weekly reporting on funnel stages, so a bottleneck shows up while it can still be fixed.
  • Local sourcing per location on multi-city mandates, because candidate mobility across Gujarat is low.

What we need from you

Realistic interview capacity and a decision turnaround. Volume hiring is won or lost on speed of feedback: in a market where a good entry-level candidate holds two or three offers, a four-day gap between interview and offer is the difference between a joined seat and a wasted one.

Common questions

How many positions counts as bulk hiring?
In practice, anything from around ten similar seats on one mandate is worth running as a drive rather than as individual searches. Below that, a normal search process is usually faster.
Can you run bulk hiring in more than one city at once?
Yes. We source each location locally rather than from a central pool, because candidate mobility across Gujarat is low — a Vapi seat filled with a Surat candidate generally does not hold.
How do you keep quality up across a large drive?
The same behavioural and role screen is applied to every batch from first to last. Standards drifting midway through a drive is the usual reason volume hiring disappoints, so it is the thing we hold fixed.
What about attrition after joining?
We screen for retention signals — commute, income expectations and the real reason someone is moving — because a drive that fills seats and loses them inside six months has not worked. We would rather present fewer candidates than refill the same seat twice.
